Hi Meg. I think we should have a chat about the characters hair and the implications within your animation. For now move onto hands. I'll dig out a foot model for you to look at.
Note: The legs need an extra loop mid-thigh and two mid-calf (try to make the faces 'squarer' instead of long rectangles).
