Minor - Morgan Head Model Refinement and Neck @Alan

Made some additional tweaks to Morgans head model, I may need to add tome edge loops around the brow area or it could just be a matter of cleaning up. I'm not sure what do do for the ear yet since it's a very simplistic ear, thinning of extruding the hole and sculpting it like that but may need more vertices.
