Adrian Toomes

• Former owner of Toomes Salvage Company
• Lost his company due to the Fedral Goverment and Tony Stark creating the Damage Control joint
• Creates weapons with Chiaturi Technology
• Assumed the Vulture alter ego and stole advanced weaponary to sell on the Black market.
• Wants to support his daughter Liz Toomes

World View

Peter Parker

Peter wants to help people and prevent crimes in Queens, he is doing his part as a small superhero, his aim is to be an Avenger like Tony Stark

Adrian Toomes

Adrian only wants whats best for his family even if that involves stealing and selling high tech weapons, but he also despises Tony Stark (and possibly the rest of the Avengers) for the loss of his company and eventually seeks revenge.

Inherited World

Peter Parker

Parker's inherited world is Queens, where he lives, studies and prevents crime.

Adrian Toomes

Originally his world was as a construction worker but when his company got shut down he inherited another world where he was stealing and selling Weaponry as the Vulture.

Adrian wants to support his family and kill spider-man to stop him from getting in his way.

Flaws

Peter Parker

Peter can be reckless and it almost puts the lives of civilians in danger, he also feels that without his spider man suit he feels like a nobody.

Adrian Toomes

Adrian's flaw is that he becomes to greedy with the business he has created and puts all of his focus into selling high tech Weaponry instead of supporting his family in a way a father should.

Overall Story arc

Peter Parker

Peter Parker is a full-time high school student and a part-time hero protecting his neighbourhood from crime and eventually was recruited by Tony Stark. After some time working with Stark Peter notices strange crime involving high tech weaponry and it leads him to The Vulture who Peter must overcome and prevent from stealing Stark Industries tech.

Adrian Toomes

Adrain Toomes was a former Construction worker who eventually assumed the roll of the vulture, Stealing High tech weaponry an selling them to the Black Market, eventually he aims to steal from Stark Industries but Spider-man gets in his way.

Conflict

There are a couple of scenes where there are internal conflict and external Conflict

The internal conflict takes place at the Prom when Liz, Peter and Adrian are in the Car and Liz Explains that Peter s Friends with Spider man, eventually it is clearly shown that Adrian now realises Spider man is Peter Parker and the two privately talk about Adrian's Stark heist to which he warns Parker to walk away or he'll kill him and the people he loves.

The External takes place after Peter resumes his duty as spider man and ignores Adrian's warnings and going after him when does eventually catch up to him on the Stark industries Jet, crashing it they have a massive conflict to where the Vulture overcomes Spider man and is on the verge of killing him but he is driven by greed and risks his life to take the Arc reactors with him causing his suit to malfunction and catch fire.  Peter Parker goes in and rescues him despite his dismay.

Value Change in a scene

After their conflict Adrian has respect for Spider man fully knowing now he is a kid in a costume and even when inmates try to bribe his Identity out of Adrian he refuses to because now he wants to protect his identity. For Peter he is now a more mature and aware that he still has more to learn before becoming an Avenger and is being treated differently by Stark who before treated him like a child.
