What if? Metropolis - Vanlig Matte Painting & Full Render

I moved the Render into Photoshop where I was able to adjust the water planes highlights and add the Matte painting, I feel like it needs a few more touch ups in terms of lighting and shadows.

My Full textured render of my city, the diffusing of the observatory needs to be less i think before it's just right!
