Congratulations on a confident, cleanly presented and professionalised pitch! That's a very evocative concept painting, so your challenge now is to fight for it in terms of translation in 3D. I want to see that translucency and shimmer survive in terms of your texturing and lighting. Really like the typography too. It's time to go into production!!!
A couple of things to think about in terms of your final submission: I'd like to see polished 'official' production art for each of your assets and I suggest you use your Illustrator pen-tool/trace skills to clean-up your orthographs (just as you clean-up your monster sketches). You should find that this way you can further enhance the shaping of your various profiles etc.
Short version - very well done - you're good to go!
